Plan our your meals weekly and/or Monthly! Attached is an Excel Spreadsheet. We're going to eat healthier and we're going to lessen our trips to the grocery store.
Here's what I've come up with. Feel free to edit your sheet to suit your family's needs. I'm going to make four weeks of meals and then rotate them so we don't get bored!

This is a really good idea. I'm going to try it. My family doesn't like some of the menu items but Excel is easy to work! Thanks for posting it. :)

I have a friend that does this every week. I thought about it but never tried it. Willing to give it a go. We're always on the go so I'm not sure.
